Several participants from EFCC's Training and Research Institute (TRI) took part in a week long training session in Vienna from 18-22 May. The principle objective of this session was to train TRI trainers so that they could instruct trainees at TRI, particularly new cadets, in the use of goCASE.
The session was very successful, and topics covered included best practices in training and principles of financial investigation and their application on goCASE. This initiative has considerably enhanced the capacity of the trainers in TRI to gradually take over the activity of conducting training to EFCC investigators.
