The goCASE support team carried out the annual technical support mission to ACC Namibia during the period 1-12 September 2014.
The software has been smoothly upgraded to the latest release (version 4.0). A training workshop, attended by the users from ACC HQ and the Regional Offices, demonstrated the enhancments / new features included in version 4.0. Training on upload and analysis of financial transactions and telephone toll records using goCASE.
